HOW IT WORKS

PPR AND DSL RIGHTS AND LICENSING INFORMATION

Public Performance Rights (PPR) and Digital Site Licenses (DSL) are available with pricing for the university and institutional level.
All DSL purchases include PPR.

License Definitions

PUBLIC PERFORMANCE RIGHTS (PPR) allow educational and nonprofit groups to exhibit our films to groups of 100 or fewer individuals where admission is not charged. The term of the public performance license is for the life of the format. However, if you intend to charge admission, expect an audience over 100, or publicly advertise the screening, please fill out a screening request form.

DIGITAL SITE LICENSES (DSL) allow colleges, universities, and nonprofits to locally host and stream to their community on a closed, password-protected system for the life of the digital file.

CLASSROOM RIGHTS allow use in face-to-face classroom situations for the life of the media, restricted to a single campus or location. Please note that this license doesn't include public screenings or digital transmission of any kind.

For K-12 schools, museums, community organizations, or other venues, please fill out a screening request form.

How to Host a Screening

Kino Lorber EDU can help you host your own film screening.

If you are looking to host a film screening in your community, on your campus, at a school, at a museum, or at a film festival, please fill out the Screening Request Form. The form can also be found on the page for the film you're interested in.
