Jason (Travis Maynard), a pierced and inked skinhead, takes impulsive and self destructive chances with everyone and everything around him, while his garage mechanic friend Cale (Fuller) embarks on a fleeting, benumbed romance with Nicole (Kayla Tabish), a promiscuous diner waitress.
